If you are having trouble logging into Beginner Guitar Academy please check the following:

1. Correct Username & Password

Double-check to make sure that you’re using the username that you signed up with and make sure your CAPS Lock button isn’t on (unless your username and password are both in all caps).

2. Avoid VPN Access

Using a VPN to access the site can interfere with authentication.  Please attempt to login from outside of your VPN connection.

3. Enable Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser and contain data about your session on the site.  The Beginner Guitar Academy platform uses cookies to determine whether you are a properly logged-in user and have access to the premium content.  Cookies must be enabled on your device in order to access the members-only content.  If cookies for Beginner Guitar Academy are being blocked, the site will not authenticate you and give you access to the premium members’ content.

Apple Devices (General)
