How to Submit a Progress Check
Demonstrate all requirements detailed in the progress check syllabus pdf. Watch the example video found in the classes section to know the requirements for your video.

• Have a friend or family member hold your phone/camera, or set it propped up high, or get a tripod and smartphone tripod mount, that is the easiest way to do this.
• Record a video of you demonstrating the requirements for the level you are testing for making sure both of your hands can be clearly seen.
• Upload your video(s) to youtube, make sure they are “unlisted” rather than public or private. Copy your videos URL and submit in the form below.
